“In her leadership role with CWL, Sentilla has developed branding, promotional marketing, and social media campaigns to represent the voice of the center. This was a critical year in the center’s history as we are a new team who came together to decenter whiteness – particularly white feminism within our programming, media, and events. Sentilla has been an active contributor in this work, often leading thoughtful analysis on staying values aligned.
One of the most notable campaigns Sentilla organized this year was for Women’s History Month. Sentilla arranged 31 days of content for all of our social media platforms that displayed an Intersectional Feminist approach to representing Women and Gender Expansive leaders in our region. In addition, Sentilla designed our branding for the 2022 NLO and PSU Day of Giving.
Lastly, I have watched Sentilla lead within the NLO Alum Committee. This committee is a self-governed group of emergent leaders whose mission is to steward building a sustained network for over 550 NLO alums. Feedback from fellow committee members has been that Sentilla is unwavering, committed and often leads dialogues about decentering whiteness and the binary in alum communication and events. ”
